Jaipur

The centre of “The Pink City” Jaipur is a cacophony of sound, the screaming Tuk tuk engines and continual sounding of horns almost drown out the traffic officer’s whistle at junctions.

Bicycle rickshaws fight for space on the road frequently giving a gentle nudge to each other as they turn a corner. Loaded carts merge into the chaos pulled by camels and all part ways for the sacred cow walking down the street often against the traffic flow.

Street sellers line the pavements, another obstacle for the tourist to contend with. Though it soon becomes the norm as you wander the streets and explore the magic of the Pink City .
